RAWTOY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how komocode (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the RAWtoy application (“App”) and this website (“Website”).
Summary
- The App does not collect personal data. Your photos, adjustments, and exports stay on your device.
- The App contains no network code of any kind, so nothing you open in it can be sent anywhere.
- The App is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, advertising, or user accounts.
- The Website has no accounts, forms, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies.
- The Website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process limited technical data to serve and secure it.
1. The App
RAWtoy opens RAW files that you choose. Decoding, decoder-version comparison, adjustment, HDR display, and export are performed on your device. The App does not upload your photos, your adjustments, or your export settings to komocode or to third parties.
The App contains no network code. There is no advertising, no user account, no third-party analytics, no tracking SDK, and no crash-reporting service. Apple may provide komocode with aggregate, non-identifying App Store, sales, usage, and diagnostic information through Apple’s developer services, depending on your Apple settings.
Your original file is never modified. Exports are written only to a location you choose. If you save an export to your photo library, the system asks for that permission separately; RAWtoy can add an image to your library and does not read it.
Files that you place in iCloud Drive, Files, Photos, backups, or other services may be stored or synchronized by those services under their own policies.
2. Apple Services
RAWtoy is free and contains no purchases. Downloads are handled by Apple through the App Store. komocode does not receive personally identifying download information.
RAW images are decoded by the RAW decoder built into iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. That processing happens on your device as part of Apple’s operating system, and komocode receives nothing from it. Apple handles information collected through its own services under Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
3. The Website
The Website is a static site delivered through Cloudflare’s content-delivery and security network. Cloudflare may process limited technical data, including IP addresses and request information, for security, reliability, fraud prevention, and delivery. Cloudflare handles that information under its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
We do not add analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, marketing cookies, contact forms, or user accounts to the Website. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when required to protect and deliver the Website.
4. Support
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, diagnostic information, or sample files. Please do not send photos or personal information unless it is necessary for your request.
We use support information only to respond, troubleshoot, improve the App, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable support records. We retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or legal obligations.
5. Your Rights and Children’s Privacy
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data and to complain to a data protection authority. Because the App collects no personal data and the Website has no analytics or accounts, we generally hold little or no information that identifies you unless you contact support.
The App and Website are not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the date above will be updated.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@komocode.com.
